Keyano College provides a direct link between essential industry training and the community.
Keyano offers 1 and 2 year university transfer programs in disciplines ranging from general science to fine arts. Other program offerings include:
Trades preparation and apprenticeship programs, including the only Musical Instrument Repair Co-op diploma program in North America
Several of these programs allow students to earn while they learn through cooperative education.
Highly motivated and qualified instructors, and small class sizes, provide students with personalized instruction. Student advisors are also available to help you plan your educational experience at Keyano, including financial solutions.
The main campus and heavy industrial training centre are based in Fort McMurray, surrounded by boreal forest and home to Alberta’s oil sands. One of Canada’s fastest growing urban areas, the city attracts people from all over Canada and the world. The College also operates a satellite campus in Fort Chipewyan and five other communities. A state of the art Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre, and a 600 seat theatre and arts centre, also help make Keyano an excellent choice for international students looking for a uniquely northern learning experience.
